Vanessa listened to what I had to say and, just by her doing that, I was able to look inside myself closely and find answers I needed.
She pointed me in the right direction. I was able to take action and break a circle: I took some steps forward that will, hopefully, bring me closer to achieve my goal.
I found her professional but, at the same time, caring and approachable. She speaks two languages!
